• Time: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Location: Plaza 145, Civic Center, Phase IV, Bharia Town, Rawalpindi
• Job Type: Remote – (2-3 Days visit at office)
• Education: Bachelor’s + (Buisness Administration is preffered)
• Experience: 2+ Year in Virtual Assistance, Executive Assistance or Secretary
• Skill Set: Calander Management, CRM, Communication Skills, Microsoft Excel

Job Description

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings across different time zones efficiently.
• Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Handle follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of priorities.
• Assist in drafting emails, correspondence, and meeting notes with accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct online research, prepare summaries, and provide administrative support as required.
• Maintain Confidential records and handle sensetive information with discretion.
• Prepare and Maintain data with accuracy on Microsoft Applications
• Have experience with Task Managment and Priortization softwares.
