HR Assistant-Female

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, employee relations, and ensure smooth HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and eager to grow a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Help with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, workshops, and team activities.
  • Draft HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
  • Provide support in handling employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS.
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
