About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, employee relations, and ensure smooth HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and eager to grow a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Help with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Assist in organizing employee training, workshops, and team activities.
- Draft HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos.
- Provide support in handling employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS.
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
