Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern to join our team remotely. This position plays a crucial role in managing our human resources functions during the evening hours. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Work Hours: Evening Shift (6PM to 2AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and adhered to throughout the organization.
• Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company practices are in line with legal requirements.
• Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, including documentation related to hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in google docs
