N8N Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced N8N Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation workflows and AI agents. You will work on end-to-end pipelines covering web scraping, automated content posting, and voice-based calling systems both inbound and outbound. The ideal candidate is fluent in n8n, comfortable integrating AI/LLM APIs, and has a track record of delivering reliable, production-grade automations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and build automation workflows and AI agents using n8n

– Develop scraping agents to extract structured data from websites and third-party platforms

– Build automated posting pipelines for social media, content platforms, or internal systems

– Develop and maintain inbound calling agents handling routing, qualification, and response flows

– Build outbound calling agents for lead outreach, follow-ups, and notifications

– Integrate LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) to power intelligent, context-aware agents

– Connect n8n workflows with third-party services via REST APIs, webhooks, and native integrations

– Monitor, debug, and maintain production workflows to ensure reliability and uptime

– Document workflows, data flows, and integration logic clearly

– Collaborate with the product team to scope, iterate, and deliver automation solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of hands-on experience building workflows in n8n

– Proven experience building web scraping agents (e.g. using HTTP Request nodes, Puppeteer, or similar)

– Experience with automated agents posting to platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, or CMS systems

– Experience building voice-based agents for inbound and/or outbound calling (e.g. Twilio, Vapi, Bland AI, Retell)

– Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling

– Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into automation workflows

– Ability to design multi-step, conditional, and error-handled workflows

– Comfortable working with credentials, environment variables, and secure data handling

– Proficiency with version control and basic scripting (JavaScript or Python for custom n8n nodes/functions)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience self-hosting or managing n8n instances on cloud infrastructure

– Familiarity with CRM or telephony platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Twilio)

– Experience with vector databases or RAG pipelines for AI agent memory

– Knowledge of browser automation tools (Playwright, Puppeteer, Apify)

– Background in prompt engineering and LLM orchestration

– Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier as an alternative automation background
