Nail and Eyelash Technician

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Nail & Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate is skilled in providing high-quality nail services and professional eyelash extensions while delivering exceptional customer service. This dual-role position requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Services

• Perform manicures and pedicures (classic, gel, spa treatments).
• Apply and remove gel polish, acrylic, builder gel, and other enhancements.
• Create custom nail art designs.
• Provide nail repairs and maintenance services.
• Assess nail health and recommend treatments and aftercare.

Eyelash Services

• Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions.
• Perform lash lifts and tinting services.
• Safely remove eyelash extensions.
• Conduct client consultations to determine appropriate lash styles.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for tools and workstations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointments and maintain client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Upsell beauty products and additional services where appropriate.
• Stay updated on latest nail and lash trends, techniques, and products.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nail Technician and/or Cosmetology / Lash Technician certification (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience in both nail and eyelash services.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced nail art and trending designs (chrome, 3D art, French variations).
• Experience with volume and mega-volume lash techniques.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele.
• Portfolio or social media showcasing work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
