Nail & Eyelash Extension Trainer

We are seeking an expert Nail & Eyelash Extension Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced training programs, mentoring aspiring technicians, and ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends through continuous innovation. This role requires a combination of technical mastery, creativity, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to inspire others to achieve excellence in nail and eyelash extension services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Training & Skill Development:

• Conduct detailed training sessions on various nail extension techniques including Acrylic, Soft Gel, Hard Gel, and Poly Gel.
• Demonstrate proficiency in eyelash extension application, removal, and aftercare.
• Train on Mani Cure, Pedicure, and Russian Manicure & Pedicure techniques, emphasizing precision and hygiene.
• Customize training modules according to skill levels of trainees, from beginners to advanced technicians.

Innovation & Market Trends:

• Continuously research and stay updated on new SKUs, products, tools, and techniques introduced in the nail and eyelash industry.
• Develop and introduce innovative ways of working with new products, ensuring trainees can utilize the latest market offerings effectively.
• Experiment with and validate new products or techniques before recommending them for training.

Curriculum Development & Content Creation:

• Design comprehensive training manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Incorporate the latest industry standards, safety protocols, and hygiene practices into training content.
• Create innovative training programs that encourage creativity and technical mastery.

Assessment & Feedback:

• Evaluate trainees’ skills through practical assessments and theory tests.
• Provide personalized feedback to improve trainees’ techniques and confidence.
• Track progress and maintain detailed records of trainee performance.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all training adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Educate trainees on proper sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols.

Mentorship & Leadership:

• Inspire and motivate trainees to excel and innovate.
• Lead by example with high standards of professionalism and technical expertise.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation with new styles and techniques.

Industry Representation & Networking:

• Attend industry seminars, trade shows, and product launches to stay connected and informed.
• Build relationships with product suppliers and industry experts to bring the latest innovations into training.

Computer & Digital Skills:

• Utilize computer applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software to prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
• Manage digital records of trainee progress and certifications.
• Use online resources and industry platforms for research and continuous learning.
• Effectively communicate with trainees in offline training & , virtual meetings, and social media platforms to enhance training delivery and engagement.

Skill & Qualification Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Nail Extensions (Acrylic, Gel, Poly Gel) and Eyelash Extensions.
• Mastery in Mani Cure, Pedicure, Russian Manicure & Pedicure.
• Strong knowledge of current market products, SKUs, and emerging innovations.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or teaching in a salon or academy environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with online training tools.
• Certified in Nail Extension, Eyelash Extension, or Manicure | Pedicure Therapy from a recognized institute.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Attention to detail, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to adapt training strategies based on individual trainee needs.
