Nail Master (Manicure & Pedicure)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nail Master who speaks Russian and is confident in delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures, and podology-related services. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services with high precision.
• Execute Russian dry manicure techniques.
• Confidently use the nail drill (e-file) for cleaning, shaping, and cuticle work.
• Provide medical/podology-related nail care, including treatment of problematic nails such as ingrown nails, calluses, and thickened nails.
• Deliver gel polish, builder gel, and extensions (if experienced).
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards at all times.
• Provide consultation to clients on nail care and aftercare.
• Uphold a professional, clean, and welcoming workstation.
• Support with upselling products and services to reach monthly targets.
• Take before-and-after pictures and assist with basic social media content when needed.

Requirements

• Russian speaker (English is a plus).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nail Master.
• Strong skills in e-file work, manicure, pedicure, and Russian techniques.
• Knowledge of podology procedures is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Professional appearance, hygiene, and punctuality.
• Team player with a positive attitude
