Duties

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Apply and maintain nail enhancements such as extensions and sculpting to meet client preferences
• Educate clients on nail health, proper care routines, and recommended treatments to ensure long-lasting results
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
• Offer additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified to enhance client satisfaction
• Engage customers with excellent communication skills, upselling products or additional services to boost retail sales
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and new product offerings to provide innovative solutions

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related specialties
• Proven experience in nail technology with a strong portfolio of creative designs and techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Familiarity with color theory principles to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining speed and efficiency during busy hours
• Additional skills such as hair threading, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus but not required
