Duties

• Deliver professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer fresh ideas
• Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of workstations and sterilization of tools in compliance with health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and creating a positive experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required
• Proven experience in nail care services including gel applications, acrylics, and intricate nail art
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols essential for maintaining hygiene standards
• Strong understanding of color theory to create visually appealing designs tailored to client preferences
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and promote retail sales confidently
• Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or hair extensions are a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
