Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene at all times
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments, color choices, and care tips tailored to each guest’s preferences
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize client flow
• Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client results and increase sales
• Assist with social media management by sharing creative nail designs and promotions to attract new clients
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care techniques
• Proven experience in delivering a wide range of nail services with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Experience with advanced treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers, or body waxing is a plus
• Ability to stay current on beauty trends including nail art, gel techniques, and color theory
