Nail Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our dynamic beauty team in Safety Harbor Florida. In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation, and customer service will ensure every guest leaves feeling pampered and confident. Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications and enhancement/artificial nail sets
• Maintain a thorough understanding of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and designs that complement their style.
• Ensure all tools and workstations meet strict sanitation standards to promote client safety and hygiene.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and additional treatments like eyelash extensions or body waxing when appropriate.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail care, and other beauty services to provide innovative options.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology. At least 2 years of experience. Minimal training can be provided accordingly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about various treatments and product options.
• Ability to adhere strictly to sanitation protocols while working efficiently in a busy environment.
• Certification in cosmetology or related field required; additional certifications such as esthetic, facial skin treatments are a plus. Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
