Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Utilize techniques such as dermabrasion and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for home maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and techniques to provide innovative services.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and retail math.
• Familiarity with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or hair extensions is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
