Nail Trainer – Home Service Salon

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nail Trainer to join our growing home service salon team.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor nail technicians in manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, nail art, and hygiene standards
• Conduct skill tests and regular training sessions
• Ensure service quality and consistency as per salon standards
• Update team on new techniques, trends, and products
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nail Trainer in a salon environment
• Strong knowledge of nail care, nail art, gel, acrylic, and extensions
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and UAE salon regulations
• Certification in nail technology or training is an added advantage
