Beauty Therapy Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry and a talent for teaching. This role involves training beauty professionals and customers on the use of beauty products, techniques, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for beauty professionals, staff, and clients on product usage, skincare, makeup techniques, and other beauty treatments.
• Develop and implement training programs and materials (manuals, presentations, videos, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest beauty industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure training is current and relevant.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of beauty products and treatments during training sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the launch of new products by training teams and clients.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and communicate their benefits to trainees.
• Travel to various training locations or customer sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a beauty educator, trainer, or in a related role within the beauty industry.
• Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related beauty field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop engaging training content and materials.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty treatments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required for training events.
