Massage Therapist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, professional, and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, dedicated to providing exceptional client care, and committed to creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage services (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, etc.)
• Customize treatments based on client needs and preferences
• Maintain a calm, clean, and safe treatment room environment
• Review client intake forms and ensure proper documentation
• Uphold spa policies, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with front desk staff and management

Qualifications:

• Current Massage Therapy License in the state of [State]
• Certification in additional modalities is a plus
• Previous spa or clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform massage services for extended periods
