Role Purpose

The Nail Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality manicure and pedicure services while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care. The role focuses on providing an exceptional client experience through technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to salon quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Perform advanced manicure and pedicure services, including spa treatments

· Apply acrylic nail extensions, gel polish, nail strengthening, and nail repair techniques

· Shape, buff, and detail nails to high professional and aesthetic standards

· Create and maintain nail art designs based on client preferences

· Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

· Provide excellent customer service and personalized client consultations

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Prior experience working in a salon as a Manicure & Pedicure Specialist

· Proven experience in manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic applications, and nail art

· Experience working in international salons is an added advantage
