Nanny

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Nanny/Childcare Provider to care for our children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in child development, creative play, and educational support while respecting our family’s cultural values and routines. This role combines child supervision, educational support, meal preparation, and light household duties to ensure a well-rounded and organized home life for the children.

Key Responsibilities

• Child Supervision & Engagement: Provide attentive supervision at all times and actively engage children in age-appropriate activities, including creative play, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and educational games.
• Homework & Learning Support: Assist with homework, school projects, and skill-building exercises to promote academic growth and curiosity.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s play areas, bedrooms, and belongings. Handle light household chores related to childcare, such as tidying up after meals, laundry for children, and dishwashing.
• Safety & Well-Being: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, monitor children’s health, and promptly address any concerns or incidents.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to parents on children’s activities, progress, and any concerns.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or childcare provider.
• Cultural Awareness: Must be respectful of and adaptable to the family’s cultural values and household practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities; patience and a genuine love for children.
• Certifications (Preferred): CPR and First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Transportation (If Needed): Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
