Nanny

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for two toddlers, ages two and four years old. Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outings
• Provide nutritious meals and snacks already prepared by caretaker
• Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and creative projects that promote learning and development
• Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, soothing, and developmental milestones
• Support toddler with potty training and early childhood skills development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning toys and children's areas
• Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries or emergencies, following proper protocols
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, activities, and any concerns or observations
• Adapt caregiving approaches to accommodate children with special needs or disabilities when necessary
• Foster positive behavior through encouragement, patience, and consistent discipline strategies

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Certification or training in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Ability to cook simple nutritious meals and snacks suitable for young children
• Experience with caregiving for children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents and team members
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
• Comfort with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare duties
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds

Hours: Three days of the week - 8 AM - 4 PM
