Full-Time Nanny – Coconut Grove, Florida (Live-Out)

We are working with a lovely family in Coconut Grove who is seeking a full-time, local, live-out nanny to help care for their one-year-old child. This is a long-term position for someone who is professional, nurturing, organized, and truly enjoys working as part of a team with a hands-on mom.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, generally between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with occasional date nights. The family will guarantee 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

$35 per hour

Time and a half after 40 hours

Two weeks paid time off

Paid holidays

Summer travel for a few weeks at a time (travel flexibility required)

Responsibilities Include:

All childcare related duties

Baby laundry

Preparing meals for the baby

Tidying and keeping child-related areas organized

Being a true second set of hands to a work-from-home mom

Keeping mom updated on the baby’s daily progress and development

Making age-appropriate developmental suggestions and engaging activities

Ideal Candidate:

3–5+ years of full-time experience working with young children

Verifiable references

Reliable transportation and a car

Willing to travel with the family

Excellent communicator

Proactive, organized, and a team player

Active, engaging, sweet, professional, and energetic

Looking for a long-term position with a family

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
