Nanny

Full-Time Nanny – Agawam, MA, (Feeding Hills, MA)
$25–$30/hour | Long-Term Position

A warm and busy family in Feeding Hills is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to support their household. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and partnering closely with a hands-on parents.

Children: Ages 7, 3, 1
Primary Focus: Care for the youngest child (1 year old), with occasional support for older siblings

Position Overview

This role will primarily support mom in caring for the youngest child while helping maintain a smooth daily routine for the family. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and comfortable in a dynamic home with multiple young children.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
• PTO - 5 days off
• Paid Federal Holidays
• Guaranteed 25 hours per week.

Schedule Options:

1. Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM

2. Monday- Thursday 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM

3. Three Days Per Week for 8 Hours; (e.g. 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for the 1-year-old (primary responsibility)
• Assist with care of older children as needed
• Support daily routines including feeding, naps, and playtime
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage development
• Help with light household tasks related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, meal prep)
• Work collaboratively with mom to ensure consistency and structure

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a live-in or full-time nanny

• Must have 3-5 professional references

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have a valid drivers license
