Schedule: Flexible, 6–8 hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $21–$25 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced caregivers to join our on-call team as Back-Up Nannies. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children in a home setting and need a flexible schedule. You will support families with temporary childcare needs, primarily caring for infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare for infants and young children
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities based on child development
• Perform light clean-up related to meals and activities
• Follow family routines and care instructions

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior childcare experience required (paid or unpaid)
• Infant care experience is required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes
• Availability at least 4 days per week for 6–8 hour shifts (between 7 AM – 7 PM)

Physical Requirements
