Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay: $23-$25 per hour
Overtime Pay: $34.50-$37.50 per hour

Are you passionate about working with children? We are seeking dependable, engaging, and caring nannies to provide high-quality childcare for families in Cupertino and surrounding communities.

This position is ideal for experienced nannies, babysitters, daycare teachers, retired educators, college students, or anyone with childcare experience who enjoys helping children learn, play, and thrive.

As a nanny, you will provide attentive care for children of various ages while creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment in the family's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive care for children from infancy and up
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including reading, arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play
• Assist with school homework, including elementary-level Math and English assignments
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents
• Prepare simple snacks and clean up activities as needed
• Follow family routines and childcare instructions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience with children from infancy and up
• Experience may include nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, teaching, camp counseling, or similar roles
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
• Available at least 3 days per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Ability to provide 3 references, including 2 childcare-related references and 1 character reference
• Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to sit on and rise from the floor multiple times throughout the day
• Comfortable participating in active indoor and outdoor play
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability may be available
• Part-time and full-time schedules offered
