Nanny

Must have experience and not live too far from Knightdale NC.

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our child. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting children’s growth and development through age-appropriate activities and attentive care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for our child throughout the day.
• Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child (at times we have meals prepared).
• Maintain children’s daily routines, including naps and bedtime (if applicable).
• Perform light housekeeping related to the child, including tidying play areas, washing bottles/dishes.
• Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional childcare or nanny experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation is required).
• Strong references from previous families or employers.
• Non-smoker.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualities:

• Warm, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and proactive.
• Comfortable around pets (if applicable).
• Flexible with scheduling when needed.

Schedule:

• Days: [Monday–Friday]
• Occasional Weekends
• Start times vary but can be as early as 8:30AM

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
