Experienced Nanny Needed – $33–$36/hr + Guaranteed Hours + PTO

A loving, faith-based homeschooling family is looking for an experienced, energetic full-time nanny to become an important part of their family. They are searching for someone who is dependable, flexible, creative, and truly enjoys engaging with children while helping the home run smoothly. Their hope is to find a long-term nanny who will grow with their family for years to come.

About the Family

This wonderful, faith-based family has four children, ages 6, 5, 2, and 1. They are a homeschooling family, and the 6-year-old completes his online schoolwork independently and does a great job staying on task. The family is looking for a nanny who enjoys fostering creativity, learning through play, and keeping the younger children engaged in fun, age-appropriate activities throughout the day.

Both parents work from home, with dedicated offices tucked away, allowing you to independently manage the children’s daily routine.

The family also has an older cat who mostly keeps to herself, so applicants should be comfortable with cats.

Responsibilities

This role includes a combination of childcare and child-related household support, including:

•* Providing loving, attentive care for all four children*

•* Children’s laundry*

•* Loading and unloading the dishwasher and keeping the kitchen tidy*

•* Meal preparation for the children and occasional family meal prep*

•* Planning fun, creative, and engaging activities*

•* Supporting the family’s daily routine and helping the home run smoothly*

Ideal Candidate

The family is hoping to find someone who:

•* Is 25 years of age or older*

•* Is flexible, reliable, and dependable*

•* Has outstanding childcare references*

•* Is creative, energetic, and enjoys staying engaged with children*

•* Is interested in a long-term position*

•* Would be open to occasional travel (approximately once per year), though this is not a requirement*

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
