Nanny and Babysitter

Hours: 25–30 hrs/week — Primary days Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat (5–7 hrs/day depending on school schedule)
Pay: $24–30 / hour

About the role
Warm, active family with a 4-year-old and a newborn (arriving early January). The family values gentle parenting, outdoor play, and connection — they’re looking for a steady, nurturing nanny who can care for both children with a primary focus on the toddler while providing newborn support as needed. Duties include planning age-appropriate activities, reinforcing routines and independence, light child-related household tasks, and proactive communication with parents.

Must-have requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional nanny experience with significant newborn + toddler experience
• CPR / First Aid + infant choking certification (current)
• Up-to-date Flu, COVID, and Tdap vaccinations
• Non-smoker / non-vaper; reliable transportation
• Comfortable with dogs (two friendly indoor dogs; no extra pet care required)
• Warm, patient, observant, and able to take initiative around the children and household
