Nanny and Childcare Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Support children's emotional and social development through positive reinforcement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and childcare policies.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in daycare settings or as a nanny is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques is beneficial.
• Experience in caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is essential.
• Understanding of childhood development milestones and educational practices is an asset.
• A background in educating or engaging children through play-based learning is advantageous.
