Nanny/ Family Assistant Needed in Los Gatos

This very Sweet Family is looking for an Engaging, Happy, Upbeat Nanny/ Family Assistant to care for their kids using the Positive Discipline method.

Both kids attend school during the day. You would come in while the kids are at school and do laundry for the family, light housekeeping, organizing, shopping, packing/ unpacking for trips scheduling appointments, sourcing activities/ programs for the kids to do in and outside the home, take car to be serviced, cleaned and light pet care.

Both kids have allergies, one with severe peanut allergies so you must be familiar with how to administer an EpiPen.

Mom is a stay-at-home mother but needs the support while she explores her next career move and Dad is an engineer.

The oldest child is full of energy and enjoys Legos, Marvel, and outdoor sports. The youngest loves cooking with her toy kitchen, she loves stuffies, telling stories, and listening to stories and animated person will be great she also loves to offer help.

The family has a pool at the home, so you must be very comfortable with swimming.

Requirements:

High Energy and Positive
Great Swimmer
3 years of experience working with toddler and school-age children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Negative TB Test. MMR and Covid Vaccines
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
