Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nanny to care for two children, providing a safe, engaging, and loving environment that supports their growth and development. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for two children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
• Assist with daily routines such asdressing, diapering, and nap schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning related to childcare duties
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns with professionalism
• Support children with developmental milestones through teaching and caregiving strategies
• Collaborate with parents to follow specific care plans, including working with children with disabilities or special needs when applicable
• Foster positive behavior through gentle guidance and consistent discipline techniques
• Encourage socialization skills by facilitating playdates or group activities when appropriate

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare assistant, or teaching is highly valued
• Demonstrated knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool education methods
• Experience in caregiving for children with special needs or disabilities is a plus
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated
• Familiarity with meal preparation for young children and maintaining hygiene standards in childcare settings
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
