Located at: 16th Ave and Irving
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday, Tueseday, and Wednesday, 7AM to 3PM. The family is happy to guarantee 24 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 months
Start Date: ASAP for 3 months

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is almost 2.

About the Children:
This sweet boy was born three months prematurely. He is just starting to sit up on his own and uses his walker. He has been eating solid foods, but still takes a high calorie toddler formula bottle throughout the day.
He is super chill, smiley, and really bubbly. He loves to be outside go to the zoo and sing songs.
He is in physical and occupational therapy on Tuesdays.

About the Family:
Mom is present at home.
Dad works full-time outside of the home and is a student.

About the Pets:
There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:
The family has their parents staying with them. They are happy to help out to give the nanny a break, but will also be in and out. They are not primarily responsible for childcare.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...

Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties including meal and bottle prep, child laundry, keeping the home tidy, going on outings, and sanitizing/ rotating toys.

Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2+ years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Previous experience working with children in therapy.
The ideal candidate is calm, laid back, and enjoys getting outside of the home.
These first-time parents are open to candidates sharing their knowledge and offering guidance.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30-$33/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $8,600 - $9,500 for the 3 months (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard short-term benefits including 2 paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Any Additional Perks:
The family likes to reward good work, so they will provide a bonus.
The family will be gone for a few days in April, so the nanny will get those days off.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
