A high-profile family in Los Gatos is seeking a dedicated and loving nanny to join their household and provide exceptional care for their young children. The father is a professional athlete, and the family is new to the Bay Area. They are looking for someone who can become an integral part of their family.

The ideal nanny is kind yet firm, promoting boundaries while being fun-loving and engaging. Someone who enjoys activities like singing and playing and aligns with the family's values is crucial.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM | Occasional date nights and Sunday for game day | Flexibility required for possible late nights or overnight care, especially after the new baby arrives
Children
- Two children: A 1 year & 10 months old and an 8 months old | A new baby due in November
Salary
- $35 to $45 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional childcare.
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
- Disinfect bottles and breast pumps.
- Handle laundry for the children.
- Keep children’s sleep areas and play areas clean and disinfected.
- Read with the older child and create educational activities.
- Assist with newborn care, as the family expects a new baby in November.
- Partner closely with the mother to support her needs, especially during the postpartum period.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Nannying experience with newborns, infants, and toddlers.
- Understanding of developmental stages for infants and toddlers.
- Experience supporting children with speech development is a plus!
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, strong reading & writing abilities, and must be energetic and able to keep up with active children.
- Intuitive and proactive; able to support the family’s needs effectively and has the initiative to do things with limited supervision
- Comfortable working with a multi-religion family.
- Previous experience working with high-profile families is preferred.
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Must pass a background check.
- Provide proof of immunizations (negative TB test, Tdap vaccine, MMR, recent flu vaccine, and COVID vaccination).
- Own transportation required & clean driving record.
- Local candidates preferred
