Nanny Needed – Summer Position (Possible Long-Term Opportunity)

Nanny Needed – Summer Position (Possible Long-Term Opportunity)

We are looking for a reliable, caring nanny for two children (ages 4 and 1) for the summer, with the potential to transition into a permanent school-year position for our 1-year-old!

Schedule:

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Start date: May 20th through end of summer break
  • No coverage needed June 29th – July 3rd

Pay & Perks:

  • $14–$16/hour depending on experience
  • Breakfast and lunch provided daily
  • Gas stipend provided for regular day trips (when applicable)

Location:

  • Our home is located close to downtown Bryan with walking access to multiple parks and a community pool

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging and supervising two young children throughout the day
  • Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch (food provided)
  • Cleaning up after meals, play, and daily activities
  • General tidying of kid-related messes and toys throughout the day
  • Maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment
  • If interested, incorporating short daily learning activities or lessons with our 4-year-old would be amazing (nothing formal, just fun, age-appropriate engagement)

Requirements:

  • CPR certified
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable vehicle large enough to safely accommodate two car seats
  • Must pass a background check
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable managing both a toddler and preschool-aged child

We’re looking for someone who is consistent, responsible, and enjoys being active with kids (parks, outings, simple activities at home, etc.). If things go well, there is potential for this role to extend beyond the summer into a long-term position during the school year.

If interested, please reach out with experience, availability, and references. Candidates without references will not be considered.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
