Nanny Needed – Wales, WI | Full-Time

A warm, values-driven family in Wales, WI seeking an experienced, professional nanny to join their household starting September 4, 2026. Their baby will be around 4–5 months old at the start date, and they're looking for someone who will grow with them through at least the first year.

The Position

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (approximately 40 hours/week). Occasional flexibility for early morning calls starting as early as 6–7am is appreciated. They would love to offer a part-time arrangement ahead of the September start date for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Infant care — feeding, soothing, and age-appropriate play and development
• Possible Baby laundry and light meal prep
• Possible Light kitchen tidying

Who We're Looking For

• A seasoned, professional nanny with a strong track record in childcare
• Hands-on newborn and infant experience is essential
• Current Infant CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Comfortable in a home with cats and dogs
• Able to commit to a minimum 1-year contract

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $21–22+/hour, based on experience
