Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap times to promote comfort and consistency.
- Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate teaching to stimulate development.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare areas.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, or childcare roles with references demonstrating reliability and compassion.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in meal preparation and household cleaning related to childcare duties.
- Familiarity with preschool activities, toddler care routines, infant care techniques, and daycare environments.
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds while maintaining patience and positive communication.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
