Nanny/Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, nurturing care for children ages 7 and 1.5. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of children. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Assist with daily routines such as diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers
• Maintain a clean and organized caregiving environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing of toys, surfaces, and child-related areas
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and working closely with families or specialists
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns

Skills

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific activities that promote growth
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions or allergies
• Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic caregiving environment
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents and team members in a nurturing manner
