Location: Calabasas, California (Hills Area)
Schedule:
Core Hours (family is flexible to adjust)
- Monday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (date night coverage)
Family can provide a 40 hour per week schedule for the ideal candidate.
Description:
A warm, hands-on stay-at-home mother and working father are seeking a collaborative, intuitive Nanny/Family Assistant to support their growing family as they prepare to welcome their second child. This role is ideal for a career nanny who thrives working alongside an involved parent and understands how to step in and step back appropriately.

Children:
- One toddler (1 year old), happy, curious, active, and on a consistent routine
- Newborn arriving April 2026
Responsibilities:
- Provide collaborative childcare support while parent is present in the home
- Follow parent’s lead and support a hands-on parenting style
- Engage toddler in play, activities, and developmental enrichment
- Assist with newborn care after arrival as needed
- Prepare healthy meals and batch meal prep for child and family
- Maintain children’s areas and shared spaces in tidy condition
- Laundry related to children and light household laundry
- Unbox deliveries, organize household items, and maintain inventory
- Assist with errands such as grocery shopping when requested
- Support household flow and daily routines with flexibility
- Light pet care, including walking their Poodle
Travel:
No travel expected this year. Possible future family travel, though nanny participation is unlikely.
Transportation:
Driving children is not required at this time. Driving your own vehicle may be required for running errands.

Requirements:
- Professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers
- Newborn care experience required
- Strong family assistant and household support experience

- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to update)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable with light pet care, including dog walking
Compensation:
$35 to $40 per hour
