Three Flamingos Agency is working with a sweet growing family to find them a nanny/family assistant!

Days: 2-3 days per week, between Monday-Friday. Can be flexible with the days for the right candidate. 15 hours/week spread across 2-3 days. Potential for date nights in the future as well.

Pay: $30-32/hr, depending on experience and background

Description:

Three Flamingos Agency is assisting a growing family find a part time Nanny/Family Assistant! This sweet family is seeking an experienced caregiver who is energetic, safety cautious, has a positive and “can do” attitude, and has experience working with infants and toddlers. They currently have a sweet, “girly-girl” almost two year old daughter and will be welcoming their baby boy in June!

Mom is a stay at home Mom, so caregiver must be comfortable working alongside Mom and tag-teaming with her, depending on the day.

The ideal schedule for this position is either 2-3 days a week, Monday-Friday, between 9-5. They will be able to guarantee at least 15 hours per week and would be able to work out a schedule for the right fit! Either 3 days per week for 5 hours at a time or two 7.5 hour days. They would love to be able to use their nanny for occasional date nights and weekend help if needed. Travel is not required, but they would be open to bringing their nanny with them if the nanny was interested.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is comfortable jumping in and doing whatever the day calls for! Mom stays at home, so candidates need to be comfortable with collaborating with parents throughout the day from time to time. Mom would love to be engaged with Nanny and children throughout the day and would love to do outings together as time allows.

Their ideal candidate is someone who is an extension of Mom and can be responsible for both children and family assistant duties. They do have a cleaning service that comes in weekly, however they would welcome help with tasks like laundry, light cleaning up of the home from day to day use, meal prep, errands, organization, taking stock of home inventory products, and whatever else candidate would feel comfortable helping with. Dad owns a boating business and might ask for help organizing boating supplies at the home as well.

Their daughter is a happy, energetic,and fun loving toddler who is enjoying exploring and learning about the world around her! They are excited to watch as she becomes a big sister to her baby brother, due this summer. As the family begins to embrace life with two under two, they would love a nanny who is flexible, feels comfortable with their family, is communicative, bubbly, and has ample energy! They would love to work with someone who has experience working with infants and toddlers and is proactive, as well as a fast learner.

The family values longevity and would love for their nanny to be around for the next several years. They are a Christian family and welcome all applicants, however faith plays a large part in their parenting and every day lifestyle. They are also avid boaters and recently purchased a home that has ample amounts of land, so they really enjoy being outdoors and hope their Nanny does too!

While not a requirement, the family would love to find a nanny that is a native Spanish Speaker and can speak Spanish with their children. While they would love to find a nanny to join their family sooner vs later, they can be flexible with a start date for the right fit.

Candidate will be given PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 4 years of infant and toddler experience

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
