Job Title: Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant
Location: Sanford, NC
Schedule: 12–20 hours per week

About Our Family
We are a warm and structured family with one 10-year-old child. Our home focuses on education, creativity, and maintaining a positive and consistent environment. Both parents work from home and may be in and out during the day, so we are looking for someone comfortable working in a shared space while supporting our child’s routine.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, patient, and organized individual to assist with our child’s homeschooling and help maintain a smooth daily routine. This role includes 60% childcare and 40% light household support. The ideal candidate is engaging, proactive, and comfortable following a structured day.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare & Routine Support
• Assist with homeschooling and virtual learning, ensuring assignments are completed
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and basic academic support
• Help maintain a consistent daily routine and schedule
• Engage in educational and creative activities
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Household Support (Light)
• Light laundry
• Tidying and basic organization
• Keeping common areas neat

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children (ages 8–12 preferred)
• Comfortable supporting homeschooling or virtual learning
• Patient, reliable, and trustworthy
• Organized and able to follow a routine
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present

Compensation $18–$23 per hour based on experience
