Nanny/Family Assistant for Active Girls

A busy, down-to-earth family in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a confident, responsible, and fun nanny/family assistant. The position is part-time or full-time, offering a base salary of $40/hr with additional compensation and bonuses based on experience and qualifications.

The main responsibility is to be a positive role model for two active and creative girls by providing fun mentoring akin to a "big sister" who can assist with after-school pickup, transportation to activities, and positive household and study habits. The girls enjoy engaging conversations with bright, curious adults and have historically connected well with college students, recent graduates, post-grad degree candidates, and young professionals.

Additional responsibilities, if your schedule permits, include household management, vehicle management, event planning, gifting, and travel planning. There is an opportunity to travel with the family, all expenses paid, both separately and on occasion with the family.

The typical schedule involves working afternoons and evenings, with flexibility for full days during school vacations and travel periods, including occasional weekend and event planning assistance.
