Nanny/Household Manager

Part-Time to Full-Time Nanny Position (3 Children)

We are a family seeking a dependable, nurturing, and engaging nanny to care for our three children (ages 4, 2, and 1). We are looking for someone who will become a trusted and positive presence in our home and genuinely enjoy investing in our kids’ growth, creativity, and daily routines.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for all three children
• Foster a fun, safe, and loving environment
• Engage children in creative play, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Spend time outdoors daily (weather permitting)
• Assist with snacks, simple meals, and clean-up related to the children
• Help maintain a consistent routine, including nap transitions and evening wind-down

• Shares Christian values and is comfortable supporting a faith-centered home environment
• Takes time to truly get to know each child’s personality, needs, and interests
• Creative, energetic, and enjoys planning crafts and activities
• Loves being outdoors and encouraging active play
• Comfortable around animals—we have dogs and chickens
• Reliable, punctual, and communicative

Requirements:

• CPR certified
• Background check required
• Prior childcare experience with multiple young children preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
