Nanny/Household Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional care for our two children ages 3 and 7 and oversee household responsibilities. This vital role combines nurturing childcare with efficient household management, ensuring a safe, organized, and joyful environment for the family. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting children's development while maintaining a well-run home.

Duties

• Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development in children
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
• Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy living space
• Assist with school routines, including nap times, diaper changes, and educational play
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles, especially with infants, toddlers, or school-aged children
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties and meal preparation with attention to hygiene standards
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and household needs
• Passionate about nurturing children’s growth while maintaining an organized home environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
