Nanny/Household Manager

A family in Fishers, Indiana is seeking a reliable, experienced, and organized full-time Nanny / Household Manager to support daily household operations and provide attentive care for young children.

Position Overview

This role involves primary care for a 2 young children, along with light assistance for older children who require minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, and capable of managing both childcare and light household responsibilities.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Periodic overnight stays required ($50 overnight stipend per night)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for young children
• Diaper changes, feeding, and age-appropriate activities
• Meal preparation for children (and occasionally family meals)
• Light housekeeping (tidying common areas, children’s spaces)
• Laundry related to household/children
• Assist with maintaining a structured, organized home environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $400 per week (base pay)
• Private 1-bedroom apartment provided (included as part of compensation package)
• Utilities and internet included
• Estimated value: $1,700/month for living expense
• $50 overnight stipend per overnight shift
