Nanny/Household Manager

Job Title: Nanny / Household Assistant (Full-Time) – South Tampa & Carrollwood

• South Tampa (Primary – Office Setting)
• Carrollwood (Home Setting)

Compensation:
Starting at $22+/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and nurturing nanny/household assistant to support our family and care for our two daughters (ages 5 and 2).

This is a unique role that includes time both in a professional office setting and at home. The ideal candidate has a background in childhood education and enjoys balancing attentive childcare with structured learning.

Responsibilities

Childcare & Education:

• Provide attentive, engaging care for two children (ages 5 and 2)
• Assist our 5-year-old with homeschooling worksheets and structured learning activities
• Encourage age-appropriate development, creativity, and play for both children
• Maintain a consistent daily routine

Office Support (South Tampa):

• Supervise children in a professional office environment when needed
• Work within a dedicated, private space designed for comfort and childcare
• Maintain a calm, organized, and professional presence

Home Support (Carrollwood):

• Light housekeeping (tidying, children’s laundry, basic organization)
• Help maintain a clean, organized home environment

Office Environment

The office includes a separate, spacious childcare area with its own private entrance, designed to feel like a large living room rather than a traditional office space. This provides a comfortable, relaxed environment for both the children and caregiver.

Qualifications

• Preferred background in childhood education or related field
• Prior nanny or childcare experience required (experience with multiple young children preferred)
• Comfortable supporting early childhood learning / homeschooling
• Clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable around dogs
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable working in both home and office settings

Schedule

• Full-time weekday position
• Typical hours range from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, depending on whether the day is based in the home or office
