ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Narrative & Data Intelligence Manager to bridge the gap between analytics and strategy in a dynamic political environment. This role transforms diverse data streams—social listening, surveys, digital performance metrics, and AI-driven insights—into actionable narratives that shape public opinion, anticipate opposition messaging, and strengthen campaign positioning.

The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and storytelling expertise, able to interpret complex data trends and translate them into persuasive insights for political leaders, strategists, and communication teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from social, digital, survey, and media sources.

Identify trends, patterns, and signals that influence public discourse and campaign outcomes.

Anticipate and deconstruct opposition narratives using data-driven intelligence.

Develop compelling storylines and reports that inform campaign strategy and communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with messaging, outreach, and media planning.

Present findings clearly to senior political leaders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in political communications, campaign insights, media analysis, or digital intelligence.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into persuasive narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (social listening platforms, digital metrics, surveys, AI-driven dashboards).
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes political environment.
