We are looking for an experienced
National Account Manager
to be located in
Istanbul, Sarıyer.
What the role entails ( Responsibilities):

Achieve the monthly sales targets
-
Build strong and sustainable customer relationships and execute the strategy for the customers
-
Manage the customer P&L for relevant categories and the overall level of customer investment
-
Implement the channel strategy. Ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out
-
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer
-
Take responsibility for providing accurate monthly and annual sales forecast for each customer
-
To manage and execute the customer specific marketing plans for the desired profitability
-
Making periodical visits to the customers to develop a trust based, mutually beneficial relationship at the all appropriate points of interaction
-
Overall continuous improvement – identifying opportunities for efficiency & sustainability management of categories
-
To plan sales activities for the channels/accounts that are under his/her responsibility to use the budget and resources wisely and be compliant with the company policies for these sales activities.
Who we are looking for ? ( Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university of fields
-
At least 6 years of work experience in National Account Sales in FMCG sector
-
Ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights through excelling reporting skills
-
Negotiating and influencing skills
-
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-
Energetic, cooperative and positive personality
-
Must have excellent/transparent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to set and meet deadlines, drive pipeline and ultimate hit goals on a consistent basis
-
Advanced English knowledge
-
Driving license is required
