National Account Manager - Security


Prosegur is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee operations for a key national client while directly managing the client site located in Connecticut. This is an on-site leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and performance consistency across multiple client locations nationwide.


This role merges the responsibilities of a General Manager with the strategic oversight of a National Account Manager. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who excels in balancing daily site operations, team leadership, and executive-level client relations.


The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of National Accounts, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Vice President of the Northeast.


Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management-

  • Serve as the primary liaison between client executives, Prosegur leadership, and field operations teams.
  • Develop and execute client-specific strategies leveraging hybrid security and technology-driven solutions.
  • Maintain proactive, high-level engagement through regular meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, reporting, and performance requirements across all client sites.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  • Oversee contract adherence, invoicing accuracy, collections, and overall account profitability.

Operational Leadership:

  • Directly responsible for the on-site operations for the HQ location and oversight of the other facilities across the country, ensuring full compliance, staffing coverage, and service quality.
  • Manages all Account Managers across other locations in conjunction with the local General Managers.
  • Partner with Human Resources and regional leadership to align workforce planning, staffing, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of field personnel to meet operational and client needs.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using systems such as WinTeam and Power BI to drive performance improvement.
  • Provide clear communication, coaching, and corrective action to maintain accountability and operational discipline.
  • Support the rollout of company-wide initiatives and process improvements designed to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Financial & Business Management:

  • Maintain full P&L ownership for assigned accounts, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Forecast labor costs, manage overtime, and control expenses to achieve margin goals.
  • Collaborate with controllers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and drive business performance.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all assigned teams and client locations.
  • Lead effectively during high-pressure or crisis situations, demonstrating sound judgment and clear, empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to share best practices, align strategies, and strengthen national client partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in security, facilities management, or related operations, including multi-site management.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and operational leadership.
  • Proven experience with P&L oversight, financial forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WinTeam, and Power BI (or comparable analytics tools).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
