Priorities:

  • Become involved with local, regional, and where identified, national relocation organizations, always representing Ace Relocation Systems in a professional, positive light, ensuring customers and prospects understand ACE’s unique value proposition.
  • Create long-term relationships with corporate mobility professionals in the assigned region, acting as a subject matter expert when needed.
  • Identify short-term and long-term opportunities to build and grow the influence of the Ace Relocation Systems brand in the target region.
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize an ever-evolving list of target prospects, with the goal of converting prospects to clients.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage prospects throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate and develop sales strategies that convert prospects to clients.
  • Become the subject matter expert for each of your assigned accounts and prospects, consistently updating the organization on successes and areas of needed improvement.
  • Working with marketing, develop insightful content to support your sales efforts.
  • Attend and participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, and provide post-event reports and analysis, with the intended goal of driving brand awareness and preference for the Ace Relocation Systems brands.

The pay rate is $100,000 - 110,000 salary plus commissions. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The Outside Sales position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, HubSpot preferred.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or finance preferred.
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
