What You'll Do
Lead and manage national‑level relationships with Fleet Management Companies (FMCs) and strategic fleet customers to drive incremental revenue and EBIT growth.
Coordinate closely with the Goodyear National Account team to promote and leverage Company Owned Retail Outlets and the Roll program.
Serve as the primary customer interface at the national level, building and sustaining consultative, long‑term partnerships with key accounts.
Ensure consistent two‑way communication with internal stakeholders—including Local Fleet Sales Representatives and Retail Field Leadership—to align on opportunities, performance, and business strategy.
Execute a consultative selling approach to meet or exceed sales revenue, profitability, and account objectives through existing programs.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with national fleet customers to expand Goodyear’s retail footprint.
What We're Looking For
7 or more years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, including experience managing strategic customer relationships
Experience prospecting for growth opportunities by developing and executing innovative sales strategies
Previous experience in operations or manufacturing driven environment
10 or more years of Business Development experience - Desired
Previous business-to-business sales experience to the executive level - Desired
