The National Head of Parts is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the parts business across Saudi Arabia, ensuring profitable growth, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in line with the company’s automotive brand standards. This role oversees national parts sales, distribution, inventory management, and supplier relations for all brands, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Saudi market requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic

Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute the national parts business strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets. Identify new market opportunities for parts sales, including wholesale, retail, and digital channels. Align the parts business strategy with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements and aftersales growth plans.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee national inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock level optimization to ensure availability while minimizing obsolescence. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Ensure parts pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market positioning. Implement standardized processes for order handling, logistics, and warehouse operations across all regions.
Operational

Set and monitor national sales, budget, and profit targets for all parts operations.

Drive sales growth by increasing parts penetration, accessory sales, and customer loyalty.

Build strong partnerships with branches, dealers, and customers to expand market reach.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like fill rate, inventory turnover, and supply chain efficiency.

People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the parts team to foster a high-performance and accountable culture.

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

Product/Process Improvement

Experience

PREFERRED: 10–15 years in automotive parts or aftersales operations, with at least 5 years in a national leadership role. Experience in both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles parts operations

MINIMUM: 8 to 10 years of experience in automotive parts and aftersales, with experience in a national leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a scale national parts operation within a dealership, multi-location environment
