About The Organization

This organization is a national leader in custom signage and branding solutions, supporting multi location clients across retail, commercial, and corporate environments. Services include design, fabrication, project management, installation, and ongoing program support for large scale signage rollouts and rebrands nationwide.

Role Overview

The National Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall health, satisfaction, performance, and growth of assigned national accounts. This role owns the client relationship and serves as the primary escalation point while ensuring contractual commitments are met and new opportunities within existing accounts are identified and developed. Reporting to the SVP of Growth and Strategy, this position blends strategic account leadership with sales partnership. Project Managers handle daily execution, while this role owns account strategy, governance, client experience, and long term success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary relationship owner and escalation point for national accounts

Build trusted relationships across client departments such as Facilities Construction Design and Real Estate

Lead regular account reviews focused on performance risk mitigation and growth

Develop and manage account specific SLAs and Statements of Work

Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and quality standards

Identify risks early and coordinate internal solutions

Manage customer feedback programs and satisfaction metrics

Partner with internal teams to address feedback and improve client experience

Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Partner with Sales on pricing scope and solution development

Support smooth transitions from sales to execution

Align Project Management Estimating and Operations around account strategy

Provide account performance insights and reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications And Experience

5 to 10 plus years in signage retail construction or national account environments

Experience managing enterprise or national key accounts

Strong knowledge of multi site signage programs and national brand standards

Ability to balance client relationships operational oversight and revenue growth

Experience working cross functionally with Sales Project Management and Operations

Strong communication analytical and problem solving skills

Compensation And Incentives

Base salary $75K - $100K based on experience

Performance based bonus tied to account health customer satisfaction and growth
