Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
National Key Account Manager
to build strong relationships with Key Accounts, Discounters, and C&Cs nationwide, drive full range penetration, execute in-store excellence, and achieve sales and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer / Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Accounts/Discounters/C&Cs at all levels (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance)

List, implement, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand share and visibility

Prepare and share compelling sales performance presentations with Key Accounts/Discounters/C&Cs

Conduct regular field visits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure excellent execution
Negotiation & Trade Terms

Negotiate and finalize trade terms, annual agreements, and execution plans

Ensure compliance with contract terms and agreements
Monitoring, Reporting & Forecasting
-
Monitor sales performance and identify growth and expansion opportunities within Key Accounts/Discounters/C&Cs

Collaborate with Sales Analyst and internal teams to create efficient tools and insights
-
Prepare and update sales forecasts based on performance, activities, initiatives, and new launches
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer-centric execution and achieve business goals
Financial Acumen & P&L Management

Manage promotional budgets and track ROI of promotional activities

Monitor and collect balances and overdue receivables within Key Accounts/Discounters/C&Cs
In-Store Excellence & Omnichannel

Drive execution and in-store visibility and excellence

Explore all omnichannel opportunities for growth and expansion
Market Analysis

Analyze market trends, potential threats, competitor activities, pricing, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or distributor-led environments

Proven experience in national key account management and sales execution

English: working proficiency or highly preferred

Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
-
Results-driven mindset with focus on execution

Willingness to travel nationwide
